1、第41卷第24期電力系統(tǒng)保護與控制VoI.41NO.242013年12月16日PowerSystemProtectionandControlDec.16.20】3基于混合量子遺傳算法的微電網(wǎng)電源優(yōu)化配置符楊,蔣一鎏,李振坤(上海電力學院電氣工程學院,上海200090)摘要:根據(jù)風光資源情況、各分布式電源輸出特性以及用戶對供電可靠性的要求,研究了風光儲互補獨立微電網(wǎng)電源優(yōu)化配置問題。采用自適應罰函數(shù)法對其目標函數(shù)進行修正,使得在滿足用戶供電可靠性要求的前提下,經(jīng)濟性達到最好。在求解過程中,結合自適應旋轉角調整策略、量子位交叉變異操作和群體災變思想,提出了一種新的混
