1、第41卷第24期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制VoI.41NO.242013年12月16日PowerSystemProtectionandControlDec.16.20】3基于混合量子遺傳算法的微電網(wǎng)電源優(yōu)化配置符楊,蔣一鎏,李振坤(上海電力學(xué)院電氣工程學(xué)院,上海200090)摘要:根據(jù)風(fēng)光資源情況、各分布式電源輸出特性以及用戶(hù)對(duì)供電可靠性的要求,研究了風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)互補(bǔ)獨(dú)立微電網(wǎng)電源優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題。采用自適應(yīng)罰函數(shù)法對(duì)其目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行修正,使得在滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)供電可靠性要求的前提下,經(jīng)濟(jì)性達(dá)到最好。在求解過(guò)程中,結(jié)合自適應(yīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)角調(diào)整策略、量子位交叉變異操作和群體災(zāi)變思想,提出了一種新的混
