1、第52卷第l3期電測與儀表VO1.52No.132015年7月lO日ElectricalMeasurement&InstrumentationJu1.10。2015基于差分和聲搜索算法的輸電網(wǎng)差異化規(guī)劃聶宏展,趙丹,鄭鵬飛,趙鵬(1.東北電力大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,吉林吉林132012;2.國網(wǎng)威海供電公司,山東威海264200)摘要:自然災(zāi)害的發(fā)生會對輸電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生嚴重的影響,傳統(tǒng)的輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃未計及抗災(zāi)能力,使得在災(zāi)害情況下,電網(wǎng)大面積停電。針對抗災(zāi)型輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的要求,建立了滿足剛性負荷持續(xù)、可靠供電的輸電網(wǎng)差異化規(guī)劃模型。分析了和聲搜索算法隨著優(yōu)化問題維數(shù)的增加,求解的精度和
2、收斂速率得到了明顯地降低,并針對易陷入局部尋優(yōu)的現(xiàn)象,分析其原因設(shè)計了差分和聲搜索算法。算法利用和聲記憶庫中其他解的有利信息,保證記憶庫中解空間的多樣性,改進了搜索機制,從而提高了算法的搜索能力。通過巴西南部46節(jié)點算例分析驗證了模型及算法的可行性,為進一步研究輸電網(wǎng)抗災(zāi)能力打下了基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃;抗災(zāi);差異化設(shè)計;最小骨干網(wǎng)架中圖分類號:TM862文獻標識碼:B文章編號:1001—1390(2015)13一O111—05Transmissionnetworkdiferentialplanningbasedondiferenceharmonysearchalgo
