1、第35卷第2期紡織學(xué)報(bào)V01.35.NO.22014年2月JournalofTextileResearchFeb.,2014文章編號(hào):0253·9721(2014)02—0023—07噴氣渦流紡成紗工藝對(duì)竹漿纖維色紡紗性能的影響鄒專勇(紹興文理學(xué)院紡織服裝學(xué)院,浙江紹興312000)摘要為進(jìn)一步拓展噴氣渦流紡紗線品種及提高傳統(tǒng)色紡紗加工效率,利用Box—Behnken設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,借助軟件Minitab16,分析噴氣渦流紡工藝參數(shù)對(duì)竹漿纖維色紡紗性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:成紗工藝對(duì)色紡紗斷裂強(qiáng)度的影響較為復(fù)雜,其中紡紗速度及紗線線密度對(duì)色紡紗斷裂強(qiáng)度的影響受噴嘴氣壓不同取值影響;色紡紗條干不勻
