3、oitsculturalandcreativeaspects,consideringthecopyofmasterpiecenolongerdominatesthemarket,andtheupgradingpathofDafenisintrinsicallyhumanity—oriented.Basedonparticipantobservationandfieldinter-views,thispaperanalysestheupgradingprocessoftheoilpaintingindustryinDafen
4、afterthefinancialcrisisof2008.Analogoustotheprincipleoforganizationoftheassemblyline,thereplicationprocessofacertainmasterpiecewasdividedintoseveralstandardizedprocedures,enablingmigrantruralworkerswithoutanyprofessionaleducationortrainingtorepeatseveralformalized
5、gestures.ThemarketwasseverelyinfluencedbytheglobaleconomicdownturnandEuropeandebtcrisis,whichresultedinthedecreaseofoverseaordersfromglobalretailandwholesalemarkets.ThemostapparentchangeinDafen,afterthefinancialcrisis,wasthereplicapainting,thathadoncedominatedtheD
6、afenmarket,wasgraduallyreplacedbytheoriginalwork.Also,paintersbegantocopyvariouspaintingsotherthanMonaLisaorVanGogh’SSunflowers.Substantivechangeshavetakenplaceintheindustrychain,theemploymentrelationshipandtheproductionnetwork.Theorder-orientedandprofit-drivenpro
