4、evelopment.1Themainissuesoffinancialmanagementforsmallandmicroenterprises1.1ThebusinessownerlacksawarenessoffinancialmanagementandthequalityoffinancialpersonnelislowSmallandmicrobusinessownersarelaggingbehindinbusinessphilosophy.Themosttypicalmodelforsmallandmicr
5、obusinessmanagementisthehighdegreeofunityofownershipandmanagementrights.Theinvestorsofanenterprisearealsotheoperators.Intheseenterprises,theleadershipofenterprisesishighlycentralized,andtheownermanageswithexperienceandfeeling,oftenpursuingThemaximizationofbenefit
6、sistheultimategoaloffinancialmanagement.Smallandmicrobusinessownersusuallyonlypayattentiontothesalesofproducts.Aslongassalesvolumecontinuestoincreaseandincomescontinuetoclimb,companiescaneasilyoverlookfinancialmanagementandsimplyusefinancialpersonnelasbookkeeping
7、personnelinsteadofraisingfinancialmanagementtomanagementtools.Theproblemoffinancialmanagementwillnotbeexposedandthecontradictionswillnotbeprominent.However,onceaproblemarisesinthebusinessoperations,thecashflowwillbeineffectiveorevenseriouslydepleted,anditwillbeim
