1、.摘要此設(shè)計(jì)是在以安全為前提,在盡可能保證其質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性和實(shí)用性等技術(shù)指標(biāo)為前提下進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)。BR01型板式換熱器是一種高效緊湊的換熱設(shè)備,它被應(yīng)用到食品工業(yè)、冶金工業(yè)、機(jī)電工業(yè)、造紙工業(yè)、石油工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。而且其類型、結(jié)構(gòu)和使用范圍還在不斷發(fā)展。焊接型板式換熱器的緊湊性好,重量輕、傳熱性能好、初始成本低特點(diǎn)。本文對板式換熱器的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域作了簡要的介紹,通過應(yīng)用板式換熱器的傳熱機(jī)理。對板式換熱器進(jìn)行了熱力計(jì)算和阻力計(jì)算,在滿足了校核條件下,設(shè)計(jì)了板式換熱器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)如框架形式,板片結(jié)構(gòu)及流程組合方式等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。確定了板片
