1、摘要自助型多功能病床是一種針對(duì)危重病人和癱瘓病人的特殊需要而設(shè)計(jì)的，能隨意調(diào)節(jié)床的背部和腳部的角度。即使不能自理者，護(hù)理人員也可通過床邊的控制器進(jìn)行操作，減少照顧病、殘患者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。本文詳細(xì)論述了針對(duì)缺乏自理能力的老年人及行動(dòng)不便的病人設(shè)計(jì)的多功能護(hù)理床的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和功能原理。該病床能夠幫助病人實(shí)現(xiàn)坐起、屈膝、翻身、排便及吃飯，解決了護(hù)理病人過程中的諸多不便，進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)了我國護(hù)理業(yè)服務(wù)，有力地促進(jìn)了我國的醫(yī)療保健事業(yè)的發(fā)展。該設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)病床的各項(xiàng)功能進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、原理分析、零件尺寸計(jì)算及強(qiáng)度較核，基本上實(shí)現(xiàn)了各個(gè)裝置的正常運(yùn)行。
