4、···31附錄···············································32參考文獻(xiàn)··············································3635南梁隧道工程施工方案設(shè)計(jì)——南梁1號(hào)隧道學(xué)生:劉奇指導(dǎo)教師:吳杉(三峽電力職業(yè)學(xué)院)摘要:南梁1號(hào)隧道起訖里程為DK156+877~DK157+570,長(zhǎng)度693m,單洞雙線隧道。隧道DK156+877~DK157+570為上坡,坡度為:7.7‰。隧道穿越二疊系上統(tǒng)石盒子組,隧道洞身多為砂巖加薄層泥巖,弱風(fēng)化,節(jié)理裂隙發(fā)育、碎石狀鑲嵌結(jié)構(gòu),Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖151m,Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖37m。隧道
5、進(jìn)出口淺埋,巖體破碎強(qiáng)風(fēng)化。關(guān)鍵詞:爆破技術(shù)混凝土測(cè)量放線前言南梁1號(hào)隧道地處山西省呂梁市柳林縣薛村鎮(zhèn),隧道基本呈南北走向,長(zhǎng)693米,樁號(hào):DK156+877~DK157+5701隧道工程施工方案1.1隧道施工總體方案1.1.1施工隊(duì)伍安排及施工組織順序根據(jù)隧道長(zhǎng)度、進(jìn)出口段施工難度、圍巖等級(jí)分布等確定作業(yè)數(shù)量和隊(duì)伍。南梁1號(hào)隧道出口設(shè)一個(gè)施工隊(duì)(架子隊(duì))。隧道7隊(duì)從掘出口按:測(cè)量放線(地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào))→鉆爆→出渣、運(yùn)輸→支護(hù)→仰拱或鋪底→防水層鋪設(shè)→模筑二襯混凝土→水溝、電纜槽及附屬工程程序施工。當(dāng)洞身掘進(jìn)一段并完成一段洞身襯砌后,在晴好季節(jié)及時(shí)安排施作洞門(mén),洞口地質(zhì)條件較差時(shí)施工完洞口段明洞后
6、再進(jìn)行暗洞開(kāi)挖施工。1.1.2施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃南梁1號(hào)隧道工程計(jì)劃于2010年11月17日開(kāi)工,于2011年7月20日完工,施工時(shí)段見(jiàn)表1-1-1。具體進(jìn)度安排見(jiàn)第4章,第4.4章節(jié)。表1-1-1南梁1號(hào)隧道分部施工時(shí)段表南梁1號(hào)隧道總工期7個(gè)月,2010年10月17日開(kāi)工,2011年7月20日完工(含施工準(zhǔn)備)施工工作面施工準(zhǔn)備(月)主隧道開(kāi)挖施工(月)合計(jì)完成時(shí)間(月)備注出口1(隧道掘進(jìn)長(zhǎng)度80m)7351.1.3隧道棄渣方案本著保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、水土保持的原則,按照設(shè)計(jì)指定的棄渣場(chǎng)地棄渣,棄渣場(chǎng)采用先擋后棄,充分考慮渣場(chǎng)容量,控制棄渣堆放高度,確保擋護(hù)工程質(zhì)量。隧道棄渣以盡量利用為原則,質(zhì)地良
