1、I工業(yè)點焊機的設(shè)計摘要點焊機又稱電阻焊機,是利用被焊工件的自身的電阻,在局部通過大電流產(chǎn)生高溫而使工件熔接起來的焊接設(shè)備。由于熱量來源于工件的內(nèi)部,因此電阻焊機有著廣泛的運用。我國電阻焊技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了工頻交流、直流脈沖、三相低頻、次極整流、微機控制和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)水平的提升過程。目前,我國采用微機控制的次極整流的點/縫焊機、帶恒流輸出的質(zhì)量控制電阻焊機的應(yīng)用已較為普遍,電阻焊質(zhì)量控制理論和技術(shù)、各種通用及專用電阻點/縫焊機、成套設(shè)備的研究和應(yīng)用已較為普遍和成熟,接近國際先進水平。本課題主要要求設(shè)計一種工業(yè)用點焊機。此種點焊機

5、eoryandtechnology,avarietyofgeneralandresistancespotweldingmachinededicated/professionalresistanceseamweldingmachineslitwelder,completesetsofequipmentforresearchandapplicationsaremorecommonandmature,closetointernationaladvancedlevel.Themainrequirementofthetaskto
