1、I工業(yè)點(diǎn)焊機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)摘要點(diǎn)焊機(jī)又稱電阻焊機(jī),是利用被焊工件的自身的電阻,在局部通過(guò)大電流產(chǎn)生高溫而使工件熔接起來(lái)的焊接設(shè)備。由于熱量來(lái)源于工件的內(nèi)部,因此電阻焊機(jī)有著廣泛的運(yùn)用。我國(guó)電阻焊技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了工頻交流、直流脈沖、三相低頻、次極整流、微機(jī)控制和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)水平的提升過(guò)程。目前,我國(guó)采用微機(jī)控制的次極整流的點(diǎn)/縫焊機(jī)、帶恒流輸出的質(zhì)量控制電阻焊機(jī)的應(yīng)用已較為普遍,電阻焊質(zhì)量控制理論和技術(shù)、各種通用及專用電阻點(diǎn)/縫焊機(jī)、成套設(shè)備的研究和應(yīng)用已較為普遍和成熟,接近國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。本課題主要要求設(shè)計(jì)一種工業(yè)用點(diǎn)焊機(jī)。此種點(diǎn)焊機(jī)主要用在機(jī)加車間,對(duì)焊接件進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊,
