1、摘要在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,常常需要測(cè)量很多不同的位移量。與此同時(shí)對(duì)位移量進(jìn)行較為精確地檢測(cè),是提高控制精度的基礎(chǔ)。因此之前所普遍采用的傳統(tǒng)位移測(cè)量裝置已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流。在此情況下通過(guò)科研人員的不斷努力終于研制出了數(shù)字式光電編碼器,它的輸入量是角位移量其輸出量是相應(yīng)的電脈沖,并且它有體積小,精度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。故而,這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)選用的是光電編碼器。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是以AT89C51單片機(jī)為核心,用光電編碼器來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)位移量的精確測(cè)量,再將測(cè)量結(jié)果顯示在LCD液晶顯示器上。其中本次設(shè)計(jì)中所選用的是輸出電壓為5V的光電編碼器。本文由淺入深先介紹了一些
2、關(guān)于位移測(cè)量的基本原理,進(jìn)而闡述了各個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)思路,工作過(guò)程以及顯示效果。本文借鑒了一些當(dāng)前較為流行的設(shè)計(jì)思想,例如硬件軟件化,很好的滿(mǎn)足了設(shè)計(jì)要求。關(guān)鍵詞:位移,測(cè)量,光電編碼器,單片機(jī),LCD顯示器AbstractInthecontrolfield,avarietyofdisplacementmeasurementsoftenneedtobecarriedout.Inactualindustrypositioncontroldomain,toincreasethecontrolprecision,carriesontheexaminat
