1、摘要在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中，常常需要測量很多不同的位移量。與此同時(shí)對位移量進(jìn)行較為精確地檢測，是提高控制精度的基礎(chǔ)。因此之前所普遍采用的傳統(tǒng)位移測量裝置已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流。在此情況下通過科研人員的不斷努力終于研制出了數(shù)字式光電編碼器,它的輸入量是角位移量其輸出量是相應(yīng)的電脈沖,并且它有體積小，精度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。故而，這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)選用的是光電編碼器。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是以AT89C51單片機(jī)為核心，用光電編碼器來實(shí)現(xiàn)對位移量的精確測量，再將測量結(jié)果顯示在LCD液晶顯示器上。其中本次設(shè)計(jì)中所選用的是輸出電壓為5V的光電編碼器。本文由淺入深先介紹了一些關(guān)于位移測量的基本原理
