1、不同鮮食葡萄品種花粉生活力測(cè)定及貯藏特性研究作者劉君麗指導(dǎo)教師李桂榮（河南科技學(xué)院園藝園林學(xué)院，河南新鄉(xiāng)453003）摘要:[目的]花粉生活力的高低直接影響葡萄雜交育種效率的高低或成敗?？焖贉?zhǔn)確測(cè)定不同鮮食葡萄品種的花粉生活力，可為正確選擇雜交組合和授粉時(shí)間等提供參考依據(jù)，也是保證雜交育種順利進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵。[方法]以新鮮葡萄花粉為試材，用離體培養(yǎng)法測(cè)定花粉生活力，并探討不同貯藏條件對(duì)鮮食葡萄花粉萌發(fā)的影響。[結(jié)果]通過(guò)鏡檢發(fā)現(xiàn)基拉爾花粉敗育;不同品種的花粉生活力存在差異，自然陰干條件下供試品種花粉的生活力高低順序?yàn)椋亨嵵菰缂t>芳香拉查基>瑞比爾>澤玉>京秀，其花粉生活力分別為50.41％、46
2、.22％、43.04％、40.35％和24.13%，京秀與其它4個(gè)品種差異極顯著。在不同的貯藏條件下，花粉生活力隨著貯藏時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而下降，不同的貯藏條件對(duì)其有很大的影響，適當(dāng)?shù)牡蜏乜捎行а娱L(zhǎng)花粉貯藏時(shí)間。其中-40℃萌發(fā)率最高，為最佳貯藏方法;在貯藏過(guò)程中，澤玉和京秀存在“短期被迫休眠現(xiàn)象”。關(guān)鍵字：鮮食葡萄，花粉，生活力，貯藏StoragelifeandPollenViabilityTestofDifferenttablegrapeCultivarsAuthorLiuJun-liSupervisorLiGui-rong(SchoolofHorticultureandLandscapeArc
