6、oranapgroup,whichhad100minutesofmonitoredsleep.Thosewhoremainedawakethroughoutthedaybecameworseatlearning.Thosewhonapped,bycontrast,actuallyimprovedtheircapacitytolearn,doingbetterintheeveningthantheyhadatnoon.Thesefindingssuggestthatsleepisclearingthebrain’sshort-termmemoryandmakingwayfornewinform
