2、(ScienceandTechnology),,ol-38No.2Apr.2007正極自支撐的聚合物電解質(zhì)的制備胡擁軍一,陳白珍,袁艷,徐微,石西昌(1.中南大學(xué)冶金科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,湖南長沙,410083;2.湖南城市學(xué)院化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程系,湖南益陽,413049)摘要:以N,N一二甲基甲酰胺為溶劑,聚偏氟乙烯一六氟丙烯為聚合物基質(zhì),采用直接揮發(fā)溶劑法制備正極自支撐的聚合物電解質(zhì),并以鋰為負(fù)極制備LiCoO2聚合物電池.用掃描電子顯微鏡和循環(huán)伏安實(shí)驗(yàn)對聚合物電解質(zhì)進(jìn)行表征,用紅外光譜分析了電解質(zhì)微孔的
3、形成機(jī)理,并對聚合物電池的充放電性能和界面阻抗進(jìn)行測試.結(jié)果表明:直接揮發(fā)溶劑制得的聚合物電解質(zhì)孔穴豐富,電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定窗口達(dá)5.5v采用正極自支撐電解質(zhì)可改善材料的力學(xué)性能,降低電池的界面阻抗;制備的聚合物電池界面性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,循環(huán)40次后容量保持率為97.5%,0.5C和lC倍率放電分別能保持0.1C放電容量的97.8%和95.7%.關(guān)鍵詞:聚合物電解質(zhì);鋰離子電池;交流阻抗;界面行為;聚偏氟乙烯一六氟丙烯中圖分類號(hào):TM912文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1672.7207(2007)02—0256—06P
