1、XX大學論文題目名稱液壓榨油機液壓系統(tǒng)及液壓缸設計液壓榨油機液壓系統(tǒng)及液壓缸設計【摘要】液壓技術是當前機械工業(yè)中普遍采用的傳動技術。它是通過能量驅動裝置(如液壓泵),將原動機(如電動機)的機械能轉變?yōu)橐后w的壓力能,然后通過封閉的管道、控制元件等,由執(zhí)行裝置(如液壓缸、液壓馬達)將液體的壓力能,轉變?yōu)闄C械能以驅動負載和實現(xiàn)執(zhí)行機構所需的直線或旋轉運動。作為最典型的液壓傳動機械,液壓機廣泛應用于各種壓力加工,其中以四柱式液壓機最為典型,常用于可塑性材料的壓制工藝,如沖壓、彎曲、翻邊、薄板拉伸等,也可進行校正、壓
2、制及粉末制品的壓制工藝。液壓機液壓系統(tǒng)設計的任務是根據(jù)液壓機的用途、特點和要求,分析液壓系統(tǒng)的工況,確定各階段的速度、位移、負載。然后利用液壓傳動的基本原理,擬定合理的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,再經(jīng)過必要的計算確定液壓缸、液壓泵的主要參數(shù),然后根據(jù)這些參數(shù)來確定液壓元件的規(guī)格和進行液壓系統(tǒng)的結構設計,最后對整個設計進行相應的校核,使所有的設計均滿足設計要求。系統(tǒng)原理圖的擬定和液壓缸設計是本課題研究的重點。【關鍵詞】液壓技術;液壓機;液壓系統(tǒng)設計;液壓缸HydraulicsystemdesignandHydraulic
