1、XX大學(xué)論文題目名稱液壓榨油機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)及液壓缸設(shè)計(jì)液壓榨油機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)及液壓缸設(shè)計(jì)【摘要】液壓技術(shù)是當(dāng)前機(jī)械工業(yè)中普遍采用的傳動(dòng)技術(shù)。它是通過能量驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置(如液壓泵),將原動(dòng)機(jī)(如電動(dòng)機(jī))的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐后w的壓力能,然后通過封閉的管道、控制元件等,由執(zhí)行裝置(如液壓缸、液壓馬達(dá))將液體的壓力能,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能以驅(qū)動(dòng)負(fù)載和實(shí)現(xiàn)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)所需的直線或旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。作為最典型的液壓傳動(dòng)機(jī)械,液壓機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于各種壓力加工,其中以四柱式液壓機(jī)最為典型,常用于可塑性材料的壓制工藝,如沖壓、彎曲、翻邊、薄板拉伸等,也可進(jìn)
2、行校正、壓制及粉末制品的壓制工藝。液壓機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是根據(jù)液壓機(jī)的用途、特點(diǎn)和要求,分析液壓系統(tǒng)的工況,確定各階段的速度、位移、負(fù)載。然后利用液壓傳動(dòng)的基本原理,擬定合理的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,再經(jīng)過必要的計(jì)算確定液壓缸、液壓泵的主要參數(shù),然后根據(jù)這些參數(shù)來確定液壓元件的規(guī)格和進(jìn)行液壓系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的校核,使所有的設(shè)計(jì)均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。系統(tǒng)原理圖的擬定和液壓缸設(shè)計(jì)是本課題研究的重點(diǎn)。【關(guān)鍵詞】液壓技術(shù);液壓機(jī);液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);液壓缸Hydraulicsystemdesignan
