1、蘭州交通大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)摘要機械工廠供電的目的是從電力系統(tǒng)取得電能,經(jīng)過合理的傳輸,變換,分配到機械工廠車間中的每一個用電設(shè)備上以供使用。隨著機械工業(yè)電氣自動化技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及工廠用電量的迅速增長,使工廠對電能的質(zhì)量,供電的可靠行以及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標等要求也日益提高。工廠供電系統(tǒng)是由工廠總降壓變電所(高壓變電所),高壓配電系統(tǒng),車間變電所,低壓配電系統(tǒng)及用電設(shè)備組成。本設(shè)計對一個大型機械工廠的供電系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計,主要包括進線電壓等級的選擇;總降壓變電所主接線的設(shè)計;通過負荷計算確定主變壓器及各車間配電變壓器的型號
2、;用標幺值法及有歐姆法進行了短路計算,進而對總降壓變電所、高壓配電線路、車間變電所及低壓配電線路中的電氣設(shè)備進行選擇與校驗,例如斷路器、隔離開關(guān)、電流互感器、電壓互感器。本文也對二次保護回路進行了簡單設(shè)計。本設(shè)計在確定高壓側(cè)接線方案及對高壓側(cè)設(shè)備選擇時進行了較為詳細的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較,力求達到經(jīng)濟合理可靠。因為供電設(shè)計是否完善,不僅影響工廠的基本建設(shè)投資、運行費用和有色金屬消耗量,而且也反映到工廠供電的可靠性和工廠的安全生產(chǎn)上,它與企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益、設(shè)備和人身安全等是密切相關(guān)的。關(guān)鍵詞:變電所;主接線;設(shè)備選擇;二
