1、蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)機(jī)械工廠變配電所的設(shè)計(jì)摘要機(jī)械工廠供電的目的是從電力系統(tǒng)取得電能,經(jīng)過(guò)合理的傳輸,變換,分配到機(jī)械工廠車間中的每一個(gè)用電設(shè)備上以供使用。隨著機(jī)械工業(yè)電氣自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及工廠用電量的迅速增長(zhǎng),使工廠對(duì)電能的質(zhì)量,供電的可靠行以及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等要求也日益提高。工廠供電系統(tǒng)是由工廠總降壓變電所(高壓變電所),高壓配電系統(tǒng),車間變電所,低壓配電系統(tǒng)及用電設(shè)備組成。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)一個(gè)大型機(jī)械工廠的供電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要包括進(jìn)線電壓等級(jí)的選擇;總降壓變電所主接線的設(shè)計(jì);通過(guò)負(fù)荷計(jì)算確定主變壓器及各車間配電變壓器的型號(hào);用標(biāo)幺值法
2、及有歐姆法進(jìn)行了短路計(jì)算,進(jìn)而對(duì)總降壓變電所、高壓配電線路、車間變電所及低壓配電線路中的電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行選擇與校驗(yàn),例如斷路器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、電流互感器、電壓互感器。本文也對(duì)二次保護(hù)回路進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)在確定高壓側(cè)接線方案及對(duì)高壓側(cè)設(shè)備選擇時(shí)進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,力求達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)合理可靠。因?yàn)楣╇娫O(shè)計(jì)是否完善,不僅影響工廠的基本建設(shè)投資、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用和有色金屬消耗量,而且也反映到工廠供電的可靠性和工廠的安全生產(chǎn)上,它與企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、設(shè)備和人身安全等是密切相關(guān)的。關(guān)鍵詞:變電所;主接線;設(shè)備選擇;二次繼電保護(hù)-I-蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)A
