1、人事工資管理系統(tǒng)?【摘要】在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下，越來(lái)越多的人士逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行各類管理，交流的便捷，基中最突出的要算企事業(yè)單位的人事工資管理了，為了提高人事工資管理效率，減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高信息處理速度和準(zhǔn)確性，為人事工資管理者提供更方便、科學(xué)的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，在分析了人事工資自動(dòng)管理和人工管理的差異的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了一個(gè)利用計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)管理的人事工資管理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)，并對(duì)其組成結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了全面地分析，提出了人事工資管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和解決方案，該方案利用計(jì)算機(jī)支持高效率地完成人事工資管理的日常事務(wù)，是適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企事業(yè)單位制度要求、推動(dòng)企事業(yè)單位人事工資管理走向科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化的必
