1、河南理工大學(xué)萬(wàn)方科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)（論文）說(shuō)明書礦用調(diào)度絞車的設(shè)計(jì)摘要調(diào)度絞車是礦山生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中最常用的機(jī)電設(shè)備，主要用于煤礦井下和其他礦山在傾角度小于30度的巷道中拖運(yùn)礦車及其它輔助搬運(yùn)工作，也可用于回采工作面和掘進(jìn)工作面裝載站上調(diào)度編組礦車。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中根據(jù)絞車牽引力選擇電動(dòng)的型號(hào)以及鋼絲繩的直徑，選擇后驗(yàn)證速度是否與設(shè)計(jì)要求速度一致，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)絞車是通過兩級(jí)行星輪系及所采用的浮動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)完成絞車的減速和傳動(dòng)，其兩級(jí)行星齒輪傳動(dòng)分別在滾筒的兩側(cè)，從而根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求確定行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和各個(gè)傳動(dòng)部件的尺寸，根據(jù)滾筒的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇制動(dòng)裝置為帶式制動(dòng)，
2、并對(duì)各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)零部件進(jìn)行校核等等。絞車通過操縱工作閘和制動(dòng)閘來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)絞車卷筒的正轉(zhuǎn)和停轉(zhuǎn)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)重物的牽引和停止兩種工作狀態(tài)。設(shè)計(jì)中絞車內(nèi)部各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分均采用滾動(dòng)軸承，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活。JD-0.5型調(diào)度絞車采用行星齒輪傳動(dòng)，絞車具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、剛性好、效率高、安裝移動(dòng)方便、起動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、操作靈活、制動(dòng)可靠、噪音低以及隔爆性能、設(shè)計(jì)合理、操作方便，用途廣泛等特點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：調(diào)度絞車；帶式制動(dòng)；行星輪系74河南理工大學(xué)萬(wàn)方科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)（論文）說(shuō)明書ABSTRACTMineproductionDispatchingwinchsystemisthemostcom
