1、河南理工大學萬方科技學院本科畢業(yè)（論文）說明書礦用調(diào)度絞車的設(shè)計摘要調(diào)度絞車是礦山生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中最常用的機電設(shè)備，主要用于煤礦井下和其他礦山在傾角度小于30度的巷道中拖運礦車及其它輔助搬運工作，也可用于回采工作面和掘進工作面裝載站上調(diào)度編組礦車。在設(shè)計過程中根據(jù)絞車牽引力選擇電動的型號以及鋼絲繩的直徑，選擇后驗證速度是否與設(shè)計要求速度一致，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計絞車是通過兩級行星輪系及所采用的浮動機構(gòu)完成絞車的減速和傳動，其兩級行星齒輪傳動分別在滾筒的兩側(cè)，從而根據(jù)設(shè)計要求確定行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和各個傳動部件的尺寸，根據(jù)滾筒的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇制動裝置為帶式制動，并對各個設(shè)計零部件進行校核等等。絞車通過操縱
