1、畢業(yè)論文題目名稱水溶性低聚殼聚糖的工藝探究學(xué)院文理學(xué)院專業(yè)/班級(jí)應(yīng)用化學(xué)12101學(xué)生姓名郝建濤班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào)41312133指導(dǎo)教師陳瓊摘要?dú)ぞ厶亲鳛橐环N化學(xué)產(chǎn)品,給人們的衣食住行已帶來了很大到好處。為了確定以蝦蟹殼為原料制取殼聚糖的改良新工藝的最佳條件,于是通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)選取實(shí)驗(yàn)因素與水平的探討和研究,其工藝條件為:10%鹽酸溶液和15%的助劑乙酸于常溫水浴持續(xù)攪拌4h進(jìn)行脫鈣,以10%氫氧化鈉溶液于90℃的水浴中持續(xù)攪拌6h進(jìn)行脫蛋白;以10%過氧化氫于常溫浸泡2h進(jìn)行了完全的脫色素過程,此時(shí)便可得到可溶于0.1mol/L鹽酸的甲殼素.根據(jù)B
2、ox-Benhnken的中心組合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)原理,在單因素試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上采用三因素三水平的響應(yīng)面分析法。將制取的甲殼素于三頸燒瓶中加入31%氫氧化鈉溶液,55%助劑乙醇溶液于110℃的水浴中持續(xù)攪拌8h進(jìn)行了脫乙酰的過程,得到不溶于0.1mol/L鹽酸的殼聚糖.用甲基紅指示劑標(biāo)定法測定脫乙酰度.依據(jù)回歸分析確定各工藝的影響因子,以殼聚糖的脫乙酰度為響應(yīng)值做響應(yīng)面和等值曲線圖.最后將制取的殼聚糖在一定條件下進(jìn)行降解得到水溶性低聚殼聚糖.關(guān)鍵詞:甲殼素;殼聚糖;脫乙酰度;響應(yīng)面AbstractChitosanasakindofchemicalprodu
