1、摘要翻車機是礦山常用的一種卸礦機械,原礦石由礦車編組運輸至礦倉上方后,由翻車機卸入礦倉,隨著采礦技術的發(fā)展和提高產(chǎn)量的需要,原設計的翻車機往往不能滿足要求,F(xiàn)CJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機是一種新型的翻車機,它很好的解決了這一困難,生產(chǎn)實踐表明,這種翻車機已成為重要的礦山生產(chǎn)設備。FCJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機是為滿足礦山的需要,根據(jù)原研制的FCJ-Ⅰ型的壓翻車機在使用中的情況,根據(jù)需要研改制而成的,更便于生產(chǎn),提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了工作強度。此次設計是仿制設計,基本上采用李洪平教授研制的液壓翻車機樣機的基本結構
2、形式,結構和工作原理,通過對整機的結構了解,繪制整機裝配圖,在此基礎上自主研制翻車機的液壓系統(tǒng)設計,主要包括系統(tǒng)工作壓力的確定,執(zhí)行元件的控制確定,擬訂液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,計算執(zhí)行元件主要參數(shù),選擇液壓控制元件和輔件,繪制管路布置圖和設計液壓站。通過本次設計,研究和計算,成功的完成了FCJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機上的液壓系統(tǒng)設計。關鍵詞:液壓翻車機,液壓系統(tǒng),原理,元件,參數(shù)。AbstractThetrippingdeviceistheminecommonlyusedonekindunloadstheoremach
