1、新疆機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)2011級(jí)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)課題FCJ-型自行式液壓翻車機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)姓名汪奎指導(dǎo)教師王笑2013年11月13日摘要翻車機(jī)是礦山常用的一種卸礦機(jī)械,原礦石由礦車編組運(yùn)輸至礦倉(cāng)上方后,由翻車機(jī)卸入礦倉(cāng),隨著采礦技術(shù)的發(fā)展和提高產(chǎn)量的需要,原設(shè)計(jì)的翻車機(jī)往往不能滿足要求,F(xiàn)CJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機(jī)是一種新型的翻車機(jī),它很好的解決了這一困難,生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,這種翻車機(jī)已成為重要的礦山生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。FCJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機(jī)是為滿足礦山的需要,根據(jù)原研制的FCJ-Ⅰ型的壓翻車機(jī)在使用中的情況,根據(jù)需要研改制而成的,更便于生產(chǎn),提
2、高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了工作強(qiáng)度。此次設(shè)計(jì)是仿制設(shè)計(jì),基本上采用教授研制的液壓翻車機(jī)樣機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)形式,結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,通過對(duì)整機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)了解,繪制整機(jī)裝配圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上自主研制翻車機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),主要包括系統(tǒng)工作壓力的確定,執(zhí)行元件的控制確定,擬訂液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,計(jì)算執(zhí)行元件主要參數(shù),選擇液壓控制元件和輔件,繪制管路布置圖和設(shè)計(jì)液壓站。通過本次設(shè)計(jì),研究和計(jì)算,成功的完成了FCJ-Ⅱ型的自行式液壓翻車機(jī)上的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓翻車機(jī),液壓系統(tǒng),原理,元件,參數(shù)。AbstractThetrippingdeviceistheminecommonl
