5、和計(jì)算方法,獨(dú)立地計(jì)算工程中的典型零部件,以達(dá)到綜合利用材料力學(xué)知識(shí)解決工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題的目的。同時(shí),可以使學(xué)生將材料力學(xué)的理論和現(xiàn)代計(jì)算方法及手段融為一體,既從整體上掌握了基本理論和現(xiàn)代計(jì)算方法,又提高了分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力;既是對(duì)以前所學(xué)知識(shí)(高等數(shù)學(xué)、工程圖學(xué)、理論力學(xué)、算法語(yǔ)言、計(jì)算機(jī)和材料力學(xué)等)的綜合運(yùn)用,又為后續(xù)課程的學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ),并初步掌握工程設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)方法,使實(shí)際工作能力有所提高。具體有以下六項(xiàng):1.使所學(xué)的材料力學(xué)知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化、完整化。2.在系統(tǒng)全面復(fù)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用材料力學(xué)知識(shí)解決工程實(shí)際中的問(wèn)題。3.由于選題力求結(jié)合
6、專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)際,課程設(shè)計(jì)可把材料力學(xué)與專(zhuān)業(yè)需要結(jié)合起來(lái)。4.綜合運(yùn)用以前所學(xué)的各門(mén)課程的知識(shí)(高等數(shù)學(xué)、工程圖學(xué)、理論力學(xué)、算法語(yǔ)言、計(jì)算機(jī)等),使相關(guān)學(xué)科的知識(shí)有機(jī)地聯(lián)系起來(lái)。5.初步了解和掌握工程實(shí)際中的設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)方法。6.為后續(xù)課程的教學(xué)打下基礎(chǔ)。二、設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)和要求參加設(shè)計(jì)者要系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)材料力學(xué)課程的全部基本理論和方法,獨(dú)立分析、判斷設(shè)計(jì)題目的已知條件和所求問(wèn)題,畫(huà)出受力分析計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖和內(nèi)力圖,列出理論依據(jù)并到處計(jì)算公式,獨(dú)立編制計(jì)算機(jī)程序,通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)給出計(jì)算結(jié)果,并完成設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū)。242.1設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū)的要求設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū)是該題目設(shè)計(jì)
7、思想、設(shè)計(jì)方法和設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的說(shuō)明。要求書(shū)寫(xiě)工整,語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)練,條理清晰、明確,表達(dá)完整。具體內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括:(1)設(shè)計(jì)題目的已知條件、所求及零件圖;(2)畫(huà)出構(gòu)件的受力分析計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖,按比例標(biāo)明尺寸,載荷及支座等;(3)靜不定結(jié)構(gòu)要畫(huà)出所選擇的基本靜定系統(tǒng)及與之相應(yīng)的全部求解過(guò)程;(4)畫(huà)出全部?jī)?nèi)力圖,并標(biāo)明可能的各危險(xiǎn)截面;(5)危險(xiǎn)截面上各種應(yīng)力的分布規(guī)律圖及由此判定各危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)處應(yīng)力狀態(tài)圖;(6)各危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)的主應(yīng)力大小及主平面位置;(7)選擇強(qiáng)度理論并建立強(qiáng)度條件;(8)列出全部計(jì)算過(guò)程的理論根據(jù)、公式推導(dǎo)過(guò)程以及必要的說(shuō)明;(9)對(duì)變形及剛度分析要寫(xiě)明
8、所用的能量法計(jì)算過(guò)程及必要的內(nèi)力圖和單位力圖;(10)疲勞強(qiáng)度計(jì)算部分要說(shuō)明循環(huán)特征,的計(jì)算,所查各系數(shù)的依據(jù),疲勞強(qiáng)度校核過(guò)程及結(jié)果,并繪出構(gòu)件的持久極限曲線。2
