7、文獻(xiàn)···················································································································13基因組DNA甲基化研究進(jìn)展摘要:動植物基因組中存在廣泛的DNA甲基化修飾,主要存在于CpG和CpNpG位點(diǎn)。作為表觀遺傳學(xué)最重要的現(xiàn)象之一,DNA甲基化在調(diào)控自身基因表達(dá),抵御外來入侵DNA、轉(zhuǎn)座子元件及轉(zhuǎn)基因沉默從而維持基因組穩(wěn)定等方面具有重要作用。文章主要對甲基化
