1、摘要近幾年來,我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)率呈逐年下滑的態(tài)勢(shì)，大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的呼聲日漸高漲。因此，在當(dāng)前就業(yè)形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻的背景下，研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題具有急迫性和重要性。首先，當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)是全社會(huì)就業(yè)的重要組成部分，如果畢業(yè)生不能順利就業(yè)，不僅直接影響畢業(yè)生個(gè)人的生活和思想情緒，會(huì)誘發(fā)各種矛盾和問題，直接影響到我國和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建和發(fā)展。其次，就業(yè)是民生之本，是涉及到百姓切身利益的民生問題。最后，大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后能否成功就業(yè)，在一定程度上反映當(dāng)前高等教育的辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量，關(guān)系到高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)展。因此，分析研究當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、成因，有針對(duì)性的
