3、pearance,itsproductionprocess,rawmaterialsandforeignlargedifference,thequalityoftheproductshavealargergap.Therefore,byanalyzingthepatentsathomeandabroad,thesystemdesignandexperimentofpolymerizationprocessarecarriedout,andtheinfluenceofdifferentsyntheticpro

4、cessesontheperformanceofpolycarboxylatesuperplasticizerisdiscussed.Atpresent,themainmacromonomermaterialsforthesynthesisofpolycarboxylateserieshigh-performancewaterreducingagentsaremethoxypolyethyleneglycol(MPEG)andallylpolyethyleneglycol(XPEG).Thereareman

5、ydomesticandforeignpatentsrelatedtointroduce[1-2]tothesynthesisprocessofitsproducts,probablysyntheticmethodsareasfollows:(1)one-timefeedingmethod:theratioofreactionmonomerandinitiatorisaddedonereactor,heatingtoacertainperiodoftimeaftertheprovisionsoftherea

6、ctiontemperature,neutralizationreactionbypolycarboxylatesuperplasticizerproducts;(2)dropping:thereactionmixedsolutionofmonomer,andinitiatortopreparesolutionandreactorarerespectivelyarrangedinthedroppingfunnelatacertainspeeddropstoaddacertainamountofwater,a
