1、烏司他丁復(fù)合氧氟沙星對(duì)大鼠腸黏膜二胺氧化酶的影響作者:張福清,陳國忠,吳曉智,劉韌,聶海貴【摘要】 目的通過檢測(cè)大鼠腸黏膜中的二胺氧化酶(DAO),來評(píng)價(jià)烏司他丁復(fù)合氧氟沙星對(duì)膿毒癥大鼠腸黏膜的保護(hù)作用。方法膿毒癥大鼠80只,隨機(jī)均分為四組:空白對(duì)照組(C組)、氧氟沙星組(O組)、烏司他丁組(U組)和氧氟沙星加烏司他丁組(O+U組),每組再分為12h和24h兩組。O組給予氧氟沙星8mg/kg,U組給予烏司他丁15×104U/kg,O+U組則同時(shí)給予氧氟沙星8mg/kg和烏司他丁15×104U/kg,2
2、次/d,連續(xù)2d,C組給予生理鹽水4ml/kg作為對(duì)照。在治療后24h和48h取大鼠腸組織檢測(cè)DAO,觀察腸黏膜DAO的變化情況。結(jié)果腸組織DAO在治療組中均明顯升高,O組、U組與C組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),O+U組與C組比較差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01),O+U組與O組、U組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),O組與U組之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論烏司他丁能保護(hù)腸黏膜的屏障功能,增加腸黏膜中DAO的活性,與抗感染藥物合用效果更為明顯。【關(guān)鍵詞】烏司

5、inastatinwasusedwith15×104uatthesametimeinGroup(O+U)twiceadayfortwodays.Normalsalinewasusedwith4ml/kginGroupC.Rats’intestinalmucosalsamplesweredetectedforDAOrespectivelyafter24and48hours'treatmentinorderthatthevariationofDAOwouldbeobserved.ResultsDAOwasu
6、pgradedobviouslyinthethreetrialsets.TherewassignificantdifferencebetweenGroupOorGroupUandGroupC(P<0.05),andmoresignificantdifferencebetweenGroup(O+U)andGroupC(P<0.01).Furthermore,therewassignificantdifferencebetweenGroup(O+U)andGroupUorGroupO(P<
7、0.05),andtherewasn’tsignificantdifferencebetweenGroupOandGroupU(P>0.05).ConclusionUlinastatinhelpstoprotectthebarrierfunctionofintestinalmucosa,andtoincreasetheactivityofDAOinintestinalmucosa.Theeffect10willbebetterwhenitisusedincombinationwithantiin
