1、兒童遠視合并弱視眼的高階像差與視覺質(zhì)量的關(guān)系【摘要】 目的:探索兒童遠視弱視眼的高階像差與屈光度及對比敏感度的關(guān)系。方法:66例遠視弱視患兒經(jīng)10g/L阿托品散瞳7d后進行檢影并使用Allegretto波前像差儀進行像差測定;20d待瞳孔完全恢復(fù)后在完全矯正屈光不正情況下用CSV1000對比敏感度燈測試其暗室對比敏感度。結(jié)果:帶狀檢影球鏡度為+2.60±1.76D,柱鏡度為+1.15±0.98D,散光軸為82.83±27.93。而波前像差測得的值分別為+2.76±1.69D,+1.35±1.02D,85.37±30.72D。隨著球鏡值增大,各階像差值亦增大。中、低度弱視組兩兩比較,
2、RMS1,RMS5,RMSh差異有顯著性(P<0.01),中低度遠視組兩兩比較RMS2,RMSg及C12差異有顯著性(P<0.01)。弱視患兒全頻段對比敏感度均下降,尤其高頻區(qū)下降顯著,高階像差中C8及C12與高頻段對比敏感度有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:波前像差檢查及對比敏感度檢查均能較正確,全面地反映弱視兒童眼的屈光度及視覺質(zhì)量,可作為遠視、弱視兒童屈光檢查的一種客觀手段。有助于了解兒童弱視的原因及追蹤觀察其治療的轉(zhuǎn)歸?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】遠視;弱視;波前像差;對比敏感度;屈光 AbstractAIM:Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthehigher
