1、可降解復(fù)合人工骨修復(fù)骨缺損的實驗研究作者:陳建民,劉方剛,金大地【摘要】[目的]探討硫酸鈣(CS)/骨基質(zhì)明膠(BMG)復(fù)合人工骨修復(fù)節(jié)段性骨缺損的能力。[方法]分別制備CS、BMG,按一定比例復(fù)合,植入兔尺骨15mm骨缺損,并隨機(jī)分為3組,CS/BMG組植入復(fù)合人工骨、CS組單純植入硫酸鈣、空白對照組缺損區(qū)曠置。標(biāo)本于術(shù)后4、8、12周分批取材,經(jīng)大體觀察、影像學(xué)、組織學(xué)及四環(huán)素?zé)晒馐聚櫃z測,觀察修復(fù)骨缺損的效果。[結(jié)果]術(shù)后切口均一期愈合,植入?yún)^(qū)周圍未見炎性細(xì)胞浸潤。CS/BMG組植入4周,缺損區(qū)兩端及中央均可見島狀新
2、骨生長,8周時材料已完全降解,新骨生長活躍,并逐漸由編織骨重塑為板層骨,12周缺損區(qū)被新生骨替代,骨結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸成熟,與宿主骨間形成骨性橋接,髓腔再通,完成骨性修復(fù)。CS組4周兩端也見新骨生長,但較CS/BMG組成骨量少,中央部位新骨出現(xiàn)時間晚。8周時材料完全降解吸收,植入?yún)^(qū)可見大量骨痂生長,兩端出現(xiàn)板層樣新骨,12周缺損區(qū)得到基本修復(fù),但骨髓腔輪廓不清??瞻捉M術(shù)后形成骨不連。[結(jié)論]。CS/BMG復(fù)合人工骨具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,能有效地修復(fù)兔尺骨骨缺損,是一種較為理想的骨移植替代材料。【關(guān)鍵詞】硫酸鈣;骨基質(zhì)明膠;
