1、胃癌組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9和整合素β3mRNA表達(dá)的臨床意義作者：楊月明葉再元趙仲生王元宇【摘要】目的研究基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和整合素β3（Integrinβ3）mRNA在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)及與臨床病理參數(shù)、腫瘤微血管密度、生存期的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用原位雜交和免疫組化，檢測105例胃癌組織中MMP-9、Integrinβ3mRNA和CD34的表達(dá)。結(jié)果MMP-9和Integrinβ3mRNA陽性表達(dá)率分別為58.10％和60.95％，其陽性表達(dá)與胃癌生長方式、浸潤深度、脈管侵犯、淋巴結(jié)及遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移均密切相
2、關(guān)（P均＜0.01）；MMP-9、Integrinβ3mRNA的陽性表達(dá)病例的平均血管數(shù)均高于陰性表達(dá)病例的平均血管數(shù)（P均＜0.05）；MVD值分別與MMP-9和Integrinβ3mRNA的表達(dá)水平呈正相關(guān)（P均＜0.05）；MMP-9和Integrinβ3mRNA的陽性表達(dá)以及MVD值≥39.5病例的5年生存率顯著低于陰性表達(dá)和MVD值＜39.5的病例；MMP-9和Integrinβ3mRNA表達(dá)存在顯著相關(guān)性（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論MMP-9、Integrinβ3可促進胃癌血管生成，并參與腫瘤浸潤轉(zhuǎn)移過程
