2、全相同。分別于第1周、4周、8周取材，測定水、膠原含量的改變，同時進行大體及光鏡觀察。結(jié)果:①受出血影響，第1,4周含水率都明顯增加(均為P<0.05)，第8周時與對照組比較無明顯差異(P>0.05)。膠原含量在第I周低于對照組(P<0.05),4ml組低于2ml組(P<0.05)。第4,8周與對照組比較均無明顯差異(P>0.05),O2HE染色結(jié)果:實驗側(cè)軟骨表面不光滑，細胞排列欠整齊，潮線變模糊。4m1側(cè)比2m1側(cè)變化明顯。結(jié)論:不同量的關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)出血對關(guān)節(jié)軟骨的影響不同，量大者對含水率、蛋白多糖、膠
