2、產(chǎn)物中分離得到9種成分,分別鑒定為:20(S卜原人參二醇(1),20(S)-達(dá)瑪一5(26)-烯一鄧,1畢,20一三醇(II),24(R)-ocotillol(III),20(S)-原人參三醇(IV),20(S)-達(dá)瑪一25(26卜烯一陽,6a,1畢,20一四醇(V),達(dá)瑪一0(21),24一二烯一畢,1切一二醇(VI),達(dá)瑪一20(21),24一二烯一陽,6a,1明-三醇(VII),20(S),24(S)-達(dá)瑪一5(26)-烯一勸,6a,1舉,20,24一五醇(VIII),20(S)-達(dá)瑪一3
3、一烯一5一過氧經(jīng)基一畢,6a,1明,20一四醇(IX)。結(jié)論堿降解20位S構(gòu)型未改變。V,VII,VIII,IX為4個(gè)新化合物,并利用2D-NMR技術(shù)對(duì)新化合物的氫和碳的化學(xué)位移進(jìn)行了歸屬。其中I對(duì)HCT-8人結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞具有較強(qiáng)的細(xì)胞毒活性。關(guān)鍵詞:西洋參;皂昔元;堿降解;達(dá)瑪一20(21),24一二烯一鄧,6a,1畢一三醇;20(S)一達(dá)瑪一5(26)-烯一畢,6a,1切,20一四醇中圖分類號(hào):8284.1;8284.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0513-4870(2005)10-0924-10
