1、摘要C6140臥式車床數(shù)控化改造設(shè)計(jì)控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)號(hào):20080310010143學(xué)生姓名:宮鳳麗指導(dǎo)教師:任繼文摘要中國(guó)是一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械制造大國(guó),但其裝備水平落后,特別是一些老的機(jī)械制造廠大多還是比較舊的機(jī)床,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足加工的要求。中國(guó)又是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,在經(jīng)濟(jì)緊張的情況下,如何提高裝備精度及自動(dòng)化程度具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床系統(tǒng)就是結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情和生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,在滿足系統(tǒng)基本功能的前提下所提出的。性價(jià)比適中是經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床最主要的特點(diǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)采用單片機(jī)控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車床自動(dòng)化,提高了加工精度,并且成本較低。C6140普通車床
2、的數(shù)控化改造控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括主傳動(dòng)部分的改造設(shè)計(jì)和伺服進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)的改造設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)和部分軟件的設(shè)計(jì),改造后的機(jī)床主運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動(dòng)變速;縱向、橫向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)數(shù)控控制,其中縱向精度為0.01mm/脈沖,橫向精度為0.005mm/脈沖,并且能夠利用自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位刀架,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)換刀及自動(dòng)切削螺紋等功能。關(guān)鍵詞:臥式車床;數(shù)控化改造;控制系統(tǒng);單片機(jī)IAbstractThenumericalcontroltransformationoftheC6140horizontallatheABSTRACTChinaisatraditionalmac
