1、外資并購(gòu)中國(guó)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究——基于中國(guó)企業(yè)的角度而言摘要隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛、市場(chǎng)的開放，風(fēng)生水起的不僅是國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)，外資并購(gòu)的浪潮也來(lái)勢(shì)洶洶。根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)貿(mào)發(fā)會(huì)議發(fā)布的《全球投資趨勢(shì)監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告》，2014年中國(guó)吸收外資規(guī)模達(dá)1196億美元，同比增長(zhǎng)1.7%，外資流入量首次成為全球第一，中國(guó)超過(guò)美國(guó)成為全球頭號(hào)外商直接投資目的國(guó)。而隨著中國(guó)對(duì)外開放的腳步不斷加快，外資并購(gòu)也呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。然而外資并購(gòu)的發(fā)展并不是一帆風(fēng)順，對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)的發(fā)展也不是百利而無(wú)一害，面對(duì)外資并購(gòu)，我國(guó)企業(yè)也是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)重重。研究數(shù)據(jù)表明，在全部的并購(gòu)案例中，只有30%-40%的
