無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)既具備交流電動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠、維護(hù)方便、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),也具備普通直流電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行效率高、轉(zhuǎn)矩大、調(diào)速方便、動(dòng)態(tài)性能快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)克服了普通直流電動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)械換向所引起的電火花干擾,維護(hù)難等諸多缺點(diǎn),它綜合了直流電動(dòng)機(jī)和交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是新一代電氣傳動(dòng)的發(fā)展方向之一。本文從無(wú)刷
2、直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),為了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明其工作原理,利用三相無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)為例,來(lái)分析它的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)過(guò)程。然后介紹直流無(wú)刷電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行特性和傳遞函數(shù)。最后論述三相PWM整流電路及控制方法和星形聯(lián)結(jié)全橋驅(qū)動(dòng)原理。論文選用TMS320LF2407作為電機(jī)的控制芯片,根據(jù)無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的特點(diǎn)和DSP芯片的功能,分別提出了基于DSP技術(shù)的有位置傳感器和無(wú)位置傳感器控制方案。然后針對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的控制方案對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)作了詳細(xì)論述。著重論述了DSP的外圍硬件、驅(qū)動(dòng)及逆變單元和轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)單元這幾個(gè)主要模塊的電路設(shè)計(jì)。
