1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)題目風電機組在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計專業(yè)班級學號學生指導(dǎo)教師2015年摘要近年,隨著世界對新能源的快速發(fā)展,風力發(fā)電技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為當前風能利用的主要技術(shù)之一。然而,由于風力發(fā)電機組常年運行在惡劣的環(huán)境中,其內(nèi)部的軸承、齒輪箱、發(fā)電機等經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)故障,為此我們引進了在線監(jiān)測技術(shù),以便于監(jiān)測風電機組的運行狀態(tài),及早的發(fā)現(xiàn)風電機組的故障,減少經(jīng)濟損失。針對目前的在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)來說,大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息需要可靠的快速的采集并加以處理,但是目前許多數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)依然不能夠達到這些要求,其中往往存在許許多多的問題,如系統(tǒng)過于龐大,可靠性低等等?;贏RM處理器
2、的嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)具有低功耗、體積小、采集速度快、價格低廉等特點。本文在對風電機組常見故障的分析基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究了以主軸承、齒輪箱、發(fā)電機的振動信號為采集對象的基于ARM處理器的嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包含了五個振動傳感器和兩個溫度傳感器、信號調(diào)理電路和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路。在設(shè)計完采集系統(tǒng)后對系統(tǒng)做了調(diào)試實驗,驗證了采集系統(tǒng)的快速性和可靠性。關(guān)鍵詞:在線監(jiān)測;風電機組;齒輪箱;數(shù)據(jù)采集;ARMIIIHardwareDesignOfOn-lineMonitoringSystemForWindTurbineABSTRACTInrecentyears,
