5、rugs,personalcareingredients,andmedicalimagingagents.1Physicalparameterssuchasnano-/micron-scaleinternalstructures,surfacemorphology,andsizedistributionsarecritical,inthattheycanplayanimportantroleinthecontrolofloadingefficiency,releasekineticsandbiologicalactivitiesoftheencapsulate
6、dsubstances.Thus,considerableeffortsarebeingmadetopreciselycontrolthesefeatures.Inparticular,consideringthemicroparticleasacarrierforactiveagent,themainfocusisonthecontrolofinternalporestructuresofmicroparticlessuchasprovidingmicroparticleswithacontrolledhollowinteriorandporouswall.
