2、主要問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。博G縣農(nóng)村屮學(xué)體育教學(xué)師資力量嚴(yán)重匱乏，大多沒有配置專職的體育教師，場地器材也受到嚴(yán)重的制約，學(xué)校對體育教學(xué)也未引起充分的重視，教師上課多為隨意的“放羊”式教學(xué)。由此得出師資力量匱乏，學(xué)校不重視是影響博0縣農(nóng)村屮學(xué)體育教學(xué)發(fā)展的最大影響因素之一。其次是體育場館少，教師自身能力欠缺。體育教學(xué)安排不合理，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生積極性難以得到提高。因此這篇文章建議博G縣農(nóng)村屮學(xué)要把體育教學(xué)擺正位置，充分引起重視，加大對體育教學(xué)的投資。而體育教師本身也要加強(qiáng)自身業(yè)務(wù)能力，適應(yīng)體育新教學(xué)的改革，使體育教學(xué)活動在博G縣農(nóng)村屮學(xué)能得到深入的發(fā)展。［關(guān)鍵詞］博G縣；農(nóng)村屮學(xué)；體育教學(xué)BoBaiXi
