1、血府逐瘀湯聯合前列地爾注射液治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床研究 摘要：目的運用中西醫(yī)醫(yī)學理論全面認識冠心病心絞痛，初步探討中西醫(yī)結合治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床經驗，并通過臨床病例觀察研究對血府逐瘀湯聯合前列地爾注射液治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床效果進行初步評定，為應用中西醫(yī)結合治療冠心病心絞痛提供新思路、新療法、新治療方案。方法隨機將80例冠心病心絞痛患者分為治療組40例和對照組40例。治療組給予血府逐瘀湯1劑/d，2次/d，水煎服，每次200ml，同時聯合前列地爾100～200μg，靜脈推注，1次/d。對照組給予消心痛，口服，10mg/次，3次/d。結果治療組各項指標均優(yōu)于對照
