1、不同脫敏劑在齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)后牙本質(zhì)過(guò)敏的臨床療效對(duì)比研究［摘要］H的探討不同脫敏劑在齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)后牙本質(zhì)過(guò)敏的臨床療效。方法選取我院2015年3月?2016年9月收治的75例齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)后牙本質(zhì)過(guò)敏患者，隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組（38例）和對(duì)照組（37例）。實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予Gluma治療；對(duì)照組給予門腔脫敏糊劑治療。觀察并比較兩組治療后15min、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的臨床效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后15min、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的總存效率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論對(duì)于齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)后牙本質(zhì)過(guò)敏患者的治療，Gluma的臨床療

8、根表面和嵌入牙骨質(zhì)的牙石和菌斑，并刮除牙根表面受到毒素污染的病變牙骨質(zhì)［2］。但齦下刮治和根面平整手術(shù)均會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的機(jī)械作用，易造成牙齦萎縮、牙根暴露等并發(fā)癥，從而引發(fā)牙本質(zhì)的過(guò)敏，對(duì)酸甜冷熱以及咀嚼較硬的
