1、四輾乳機(jī)叼板竄輥問題的解析王濤黃慶學(xué)申光憲鄭永江太原理工大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院燕山大學(xué)國家冷乳板帶裝備及工藝工程技術(shù)研宄中心燕山大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)篋摘要:目前中W熱軋廠采用的四輥軋機(jī)普遍存在工作輥夾住板帶軸向的移動現(xiàn)象,簡稱“叼板竄輥”弊端。按“微尺度靜定”設(shè)計理論分析得知,乳輥軸承座與機(jī)架窗UI立柱之間的微小間隙約1mm(后隨襯板磨損加大)易使輥系處于靜不定狀態(tài),進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生輥間錯位及交叉工況,因此在特定條件下會發(fā)生叼板竄輥現(xiàn)像。原有設(shè)置輥間偏移距布放輥系的設(shè)計忽視了控制微小間隙的必要性,經(jīng)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),叼板竄輥原因
