1、慢性腎炎采用纈沙坦聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣治療的效果觀常德市第一人民醫(yī)院老年病科湖南常德415000【摘要】目的：分析慢性腎炎采用纈沙坦聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣治療的效果。方法：選取106例慢性腎炎患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)進(jìn)行分組；對(duì)照組53例，釆取纈沙坦治療；觀察組53例，在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上，采取阿托伐他汀鈣治療；對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后血尿素氮（BUN）,血清肌酐（Scr）、超敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、尿蛋白（PRO）、腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率（GFR）水平，綜合評(píng)價(jià)患者的治療效果，并作對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果：治療后，兩組患者BUN、Scr、hs-CRP、PRO水平均較
2、治療前明顯降低，GFR水平較治療前明顯升高，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）,但觀察組患者BUN、Scr、hs-CRP、PRO、GFR水平改善程度大于對(duì)照組，差異只有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組臨床總有效率為90.57%,大于對(duì)照組的77.36%,經(jīng)χ2檢驗(yàn)，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：纈沙坦聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣可協(xié)同提高慢性腎炎的治療效果，對(duì)于控制病情、改善腎功能及預(yù)后均只有積極作用。【關(guān)鍵詞】慢性腎炎；纈沙坦；阿托伐他汀鈣Chronicnephritisusingvalsartancombinedatorvas
