3、stnessandlowcrossdirectionthermalconductivity.Thetemperaturedistributionofmem2branehasbeensimulated;thevariationoftemperatureonmembranehasbeenanalyzedatdifferentflowrate.Bycomparingtheresultsofexperimentwiththeresultsofsimulation,aconformingconclusionisob2tained:atlowflowrate,thefal
4、lingoftemperatureinupstreambycooleffectisremarkable,thetempera!tureindownstreamincreasesslightly,andthetemperaturedifferencebetweenupstreamanddownstreamisnotable.Withtheflowrateincreasing,thetemperatureinupstreamdistancereachessaturation,andbe2causethereisawholecooleffectonthechipat
5、highflowrate,thetemperatureindownstreamdistancebe2ginstodecreaseslightly.Therefore,theflowmeasuringrangeobtainedbytemperaturevariationofdis2tancemeasuringresistorissmall.Twopairsofmeasuringresistorsareplacedinupstreamanddownstreamrespectively,whichenhancesthemeasuringprecisionandwid
