1、華北電力大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)變速箱箱體臥式雙面銑削組合機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要本課題是根據(jù)已給出的參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)出某組合機(jī)床的液壓系統(tǒng),具體包括液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),要使系統(tǒng)完成“夾緊缸夾緊工作臺(tái)快速接近工件工作臺(tái)進(jìn)給工作臺(tái)后退夾緊缸松開(kāi)原位停止”的工作循環(huán)。根據(jù)此要求,設(shè)計(jì)出液壓回路,再根據(jù)參數(shù),選擇符合要求的液壓元件,例如液壓泵、液壓閥、濾油器、行程開(kāi)關(guān)等;對(duì)于非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件液壓缸,則要確定所有尺寸,選擇合理結(jié)構(gòu)形式,用AUTOCAD軟件繪制出裝配圖;系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)完成后,要對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能驗(yàn)算,例如回路壓力損失驗(yàn)算
2、、油液溫升驗(yàn)算等,以確定系統(tǒng)是否符合實(shí)際要求。對(duì)于電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),現(xiàn)在,由于PLC可靠性高、編程簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn),普遍采用PLC控制來(lái)代替繼電器接觸器控制,本系統(tǒng)也采用PLC控制。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出性質(zhì)、對(duì)相應(yīng)功能、I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)、系統(tǒng)容量的要求,選擇合適型號(hào)的PLC,PLC選定后,分配I/O點(diǎn)并繪制PLC外部接線圖,確定輸入輸出信號(hào)與I/O點(diǎn)的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,最后設(shè)計(jì)出程序,并修改,直至符合要求。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓傳動(dòng);液壓控制;PLCGEAR-BOXHORIZONTALDOUBLE-SIDEDMILLINGCOMBINATION
