1、變速箱箱體臥式雙面鐵削組合機床控制系統(tǒng)設計摘要本課題是根據(jù)已給出的參數(shù),設計出某組合機床的液壓系統(tǒng),具體包括液壓傳動系統(tǒng)設計和電氣控制系統(tǒng)設計。對于液壓傳動系統(tǒng)設計,要使系統(tǒng)完成“夾緊缸夾緊T工作臺快速接近工件T工作臺進給T工作臺后退T夾緊缸松開T原位停止”的工作循環(huán)。根據(jù)此要求,設計出液壓回路,再根據(jù)參數(shù),選擇符合要求的液壓元件,例如液壓泵、液壓閥、濾油器、行程開關等;對于非標準件液壓缸,則要確定所有尺寸,選擇合理結構形式,用AUTOCAD軟件繪制出裝配圖;系統(tǒng)設計完成后,要對系統(tǒng)進行性能驗算
2、,例如回路壓力損失驗算、油液溫升驗算等,以確定系統(tǒng)是否符合實際要求。對于電氣控制系統(tǒng)設計,現(xiàn)在,由于PLC可靠性高、編程簡單、使用方便、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點,普遍采用PLC控制來代替繼電器接觸器控制,木系統(tǒng)也采用PLC控制。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出性質(zhì)、對相應功能、I/O點數(shù)、系統(tǒng)容量的要求,選擇合適型號的PLC,PLC選定后,分配I/O點并繪制PLC外部接線圖,確定輸入輸出信號與I/O點的對應關系,最后設計出程序,并修改,直至符合要求。關鍵詞:液壓傳動;液壓控制;PLCGEAR-BOXHORIZON
