5、oneordinarylevelhospitalandonehigherlevelhospitalinChangchun,China.Itdiscussedgenderdifferencesindoctor-patientdialoguesfromtwomainaspects.First,thedifferencesofthelinguisticfeaturesofmaleandfemaledoctortalksintheirdialogueswiththeirpatients,maleandfemalerespectivelyarefoun
6、dout;andsuchkindofdifferencesmakesusfeelthattheatmosphereoftalkingtofemaledoctorismoreharmoniousthantalkingtomaledoctors.Second,weuseconversationalanalyticapproachtostudythestructureandorganizationofdoctor-patientconversationsbasedonthedata.Wefindthatdifferentkindsoftalkhav
